Havdalah Sets
Havdalah sets used during Havdalah (also spelled as Havdala, or Havdallah) ceremony ending Shabbath.
We are happy to present our collection of Havdalah Sets. All the items are designed and handmade in Israel, they are true Israeli gifts. The Havdalah Sets are used in "Motsaei Shabbat" (end of Shabbat) and consists of an unusual special candleholder (Candlestick) for the havdalah candles and spice box with a special lid (Also known as "Jewish spice box"). The Havdalah ceremony is one of the important Jewish candlelighting blessing ceremonies:
The first of the four havdalah blessings is made over wine,
The second blessing is recited over fragrant spices - the spices represent a compensation for the loss of the special Shabbath spirit. The spices commonly kept in a special decorated spice holder called a b'samim (species - Hebrew) box .
The third blessing is recited over the special, multi-wicked Havdalah candle.
The final blessing is the havdalah blessing itself, the blessing over the separation of different things.
We wish you pleasant Shabath ending and beautiful Havdalah service with our Israeli gifts!
